Do you find yourself stuck in a spiraling pattern of negativity around some people? Are there friends or family members who just set you off and you don’t know why?

It’s the universal law of contrast at work. It’s when you find yourself having the same argument with the same people on the same subject. The law of contrast is letting you know, if it feels uncomfortable you probably need to make some changes. It’s just your thoughts that need to shift on that subject. Look at it differently next time. Respond differently.

The law of contrast will allow you to see what is not serving you and by knowing this you will eventually get to what will serve you. And isn’t having an abundance of what life has to offer part of filling our cup up? Reminder – there are no bad people, just bad behaviour. Put your soul on the agenda and send them love – they are trying their best with what they have….
